When one person speaks, another feels less alone.
If something has been sitting heavy on your heart, you can tell us here. Sharing can ease some of that weight, remind someone else that they are not alone, and help others recognize danger sooner. We will listen with care and respect your choices.

Read stories that people have allowed us to share. Some are anonymous. Some use a first name or another name chosen by the storyteller.

Tell us what happened in your own words. You do not have to give your real name, and nothing you send is posted automatically.
For men who find it hard to talk about what happened.
Men are often expected to brush things off, stay quiet, or “man up.” You do not have to do that here. There is a quieter space for men to read, speak, or stay anonymous.
Some people use their real names. Some use a first name or a made-up name. Some stay completely anonymous. We follow the choice each person made when they shared their story with us.
A note about privacy: You will never see someone’s private contact details here. If a person asked us to leave out a name, place, or other detail, we leave it out. We only make the kinds of edits they allowed.
